Rules for using RankedFeeds and allocation of responsibility between you and the service.

1. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use RankedFeeds, the accounts and URLs you connect, the data you collect, and every action or decision you take using service outputs. You must ensure that your use complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, third-party platform terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights and any permissions required for the data you access.
2. Prohibited misuse
You may not use RankedFeeds to gain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, harass or stalk people, collect data you are not permitted to access, facilitate fraud or unlawful discrimination, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, or conduct any activity that is illegal or abusive.
3. Misuse liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RankedFeeds and its operator are not responsible or liable for your misuse of the service or for consequences arising from use that violates law, third-party terms, rights, permissions, or these Terms. You assume responsibility for claims, penalties, account restrictions, platform enforcement, losses or disputes caused by your conduct.
4. Third-party platforms
RankedFeeds depends on third-party websites and interfaces that may change, restrict access, suspend accounts, rate-limit requests or become unavailable without notice. RankedFeeds is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Analytics and collected metrics can be incomplete, delayed or changed by third-party platforms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankedFeeds and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, account suspension, platform enforcement or business interruption arising from or related to the service.
7. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RankedFeeds and its operator from third-party claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service, your content, your connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms.
8. Suspension and changes
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. Features and these Terms may be updated as the service evolves.
