1. Information we process
RankedFeeds may process your account details, workspace settings, Facebook connection material you choose to synchronize through RankedFeeds Link, collected post analytics, contact messages, security logs and basic technical information required to operate the service.
2. Facebook connection data
RankedFeeds Link synchronizes only the connection material needed for the service to perform server-side collection. Your Facebook password is not requested or stored by RankedFeeds. Connection material is treated as sensitive service data and is stored using the application's encrypted session vault.
3. Why we use data
We use data to provide your workspace, run requested collections, preserve history, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability and respond to support requests.
4. Sharing and selling
RankedFeeds does not sell your personal information to advertisers. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly as needed to host, secure and operate the service, or disclosed when legally required.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active or while reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, secure the platform and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of your account data, subject to applicable retention requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account password and devices.
7. Third-party platforms
Facebook and other third-party platforms have their own privacy practices. RankedFeeds is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
